176_Countenance.

A spirit who lives here came to me and gave me this wisdom:

He said:

“Be totally aware of yourself and then you will trust yourself and everyone.

Countenance is rhythm, and there is rhythm to the day, and now would be a good time to go to bed, 21:00.

A little bit of bad will counteract the good, to make you really good. And to know it.

Cleverness is a heightening, so you can get high. But smoke yourself or a plant or a tree.

And wisdom is not just a smile, but countenance, and counter-acting, we are all against something or someone, and it brings wisdom. To accept that suffering as a part of yourself. To embrace everyone as normal. Because everyone is.

And if anything goes wrong, don’t be too worried or disconcerted, in fact it’s quite funny, and not alarmingly surprising. Everything goes wrong at some point.

So, learn to love yourself as a child more and more, and don’t let the obstacles be in charge.

Just be a child.

And when you have had enough, say so!”
