It is the not knowing what the other is thinking. . ..

"(Exchange)"

Yeah yeah yeah ah
You see a man's face
But you don't see his heart
You see a man's face
But you will never know his thoughts

Everywhere you go
There's a man to say love
Never neither never neither
Take it to heart

For your heart is your heart
And your thoughts is your thoughts
Never mix love with hatred

You see a man's face
You will never see his heart
You see a man's face
But you will never know his thoughts
You see a man's face
You will never know his thoughts
You see a man's face[i]

Horace Andy, is a Jamaican roots reggae songwriter and singer, born 19th February 1951 (age 70 years), in Kingston, Jamaica, known as ‘Sleepy’, associated acts include Massive Attack; Easy Star All-Stars.

Surely the oneness of my workplace – ‘The World’: is a party of love. For the flesh does overrule our inner desires to a degree of sultry infatuation, and infatuation is all love is through the male persuasion.

We are after all, all in our teenage packs no matter what age we are. The snobbery of class competition still rules, that if you want that posh blonde broad or brunette babe; for men there is a naked attraction and our hedonistic leads: take us into orgasmic apexes, mountain-top sexual stamina to grind and grind.

It is the not knowing what He is thinking that intrigues us!

We feel unrequited, lost at sea, ready to strip everything down to its essentials and just survive the two of us in all our glory. We are at one with each other and can go on meditating until tantrically we are involved. We need each other, it is a fact, a man needs a woman, a woman needs a man, which is the primary plan. We live for each other and hide from the World in our guise of love, lust, and rustication. We can go on lusting and surviving for an eternity in our game of thrones, in our power to be and our love for one another.

What is he thinking about? A body, a mind, her breasts, a conversation, a deed, a flower, a heart, an experience, a past, present future history with her?

She is great.

This is a heady extravagance to grab that flesh and feel it for the first time, elated at the vulnerability of your woman: walking, talking, dancing, and loving with her. Even drawing her naked and seduced by her stillness. Beauty calms us down because it is what we all aspire to – alongside, success and excess.

It is a purposeful madness to provoke a joy to pan everyone you see in the street, with a little sweetness, good and gold, devour and shower. Ice-cold. The promise of promiscuity leaves our faith in a modern light, and sense that God is good, but we have got to live. The harder you fight authority, the more you are trapped, by your own pre-determinations.

It is a journey, and she is the destination, to never be apart, but in each other’s pockets to ride through this world, seen in all the right places. Fashion is important to me, so, let us glide over to Lichtenstein, Prague and Cannes, the Amalfi Coast, Sicily, Iceland and Oslo, and Stockholm. Dress ourselves in white and black robes and make good babes in good faith in the mountains of Switzerland.

We will have to stop or slow down on our vices, and congregate, being of many, having a gift, sharing gifts, in a community, with selflessness and humility. Knowing our vulnerability and searching for exultation in God! (Romans 12:5-6).

Prophesising the Gospel, not future predictions, lost at sea. There is so much to contemplate, while nature is our priority, it is more the age of people, ‘the human age,’ including luxury, travel, social justice, a green economy, and sexual liberation!

So, what is He really thinking? . . ..

There is a lot on husbandry in the Bible and preparing and raising children in God. I am not searching for a heroine, but somebody to love. Sorry for my previous sexual flirtations, but that is life. So, when our role is fulfilled, to find the other half of you, what is human nature? But a duality of everything in two minds, come two halves, and two children, the age of the woman makes us wonder what he is thinking? He, and I need faithfulness, for your attractiveness. And to be unfaithful is to break the laws of Christianity, although divorce is seemingly law like abortion, based in the OT, not the NT. For Jesus, to abandon your partner for someone else is to make adultery. So, what you expect is what you make in others. Be realistic and positive. A job takes a lifetime, so you will need her, and you will need him.

Do not be exclusive to humanity, that you spend too long alone, we need trust and cleanliness. I am reminded of the Wim Hof Method[ii]: breathing techniques and cold showers, stretching and exercise, all help reduce arousal to be cold blooded, and calm, strong, and virtuous. The World is my workplace, and I have a job to fulfil, making stories, not making up stories; these savage blessings and fresh weave: are a steel stronger than fine spider’s web. It’s a job out, outside and in, 1 + 1 = 2, 1 + 0 = 1 (and/or), 1 + 0 = 0, you can delete nothing, but you cannot subtract something from nothing!

I have stated, I am not looking for a heroine, but someone deeply faithful and intellectual, we do not inject this world with a heroine, to sacrifice ourselves and itself do we! All we need is faithfulness. The first tree in the oceans of this world, the Baobab tree, came the cacao tree, and from it’s bud the plant. Making is God’s work, processes are man’s making; often to drive him mad. So, we still need social justice in the form of green living and some form of trusted, mutual sexual liberation, by way of communication, all children need explanations to such searching futures. ‘It ain’t where you’re from, it’s where you’re at!’, ‘Know that’, in your, ‘Habitat’.[iii]

Amen.

Love AB x.
