We can all feel depressed or put upon. But we have no source, so, forgive the pressure you put upon yourself. Even God leaves us to rectify our plans & dreams. But know-how is better to grab God’s attention.

If you are smoking stand up, with one hand on your hip, and look up, & you will find God.

It is as if too many times, we are put in leagues with our heads in the sand. So, dig yourself out and look forwards, straight into people’s eyes, with a smile on your face. So, that no-one is ashamed to be here.

ON SEX –

Drinking milk all day, will whiten the genitalia, by acting on the skin, from the glands, that release leukocytes, the white blood cells, as, a lot of bodily functions end at the loins.

Drinking caffeine will brown them and make the genitalia come out of itself, so, it is up to you, but I have chosen to slow down on the coffee. All that caffeine that the milk will make up for, will just make you want to have sex all the time, which is not utterly civil.

But a sweet tea, now and again, will help those testes stay ripe, for a good child.

Good healthy sex is so, important, to remain calm, & not to push your blood on caffeine, sugar and smoke, the worst things you can take for good sex, think about it.

Snacks do put on weight, but new research suggests it is mostly from Cortisol, so, try not to stress. Cortisol is a chemical that builds up in the brain, and this I believe, leads to laziness, consequential debate with oneself, paralysis, and over-eating. But it literally adds fat, when it has nowhere else to go, but to the body. You can eat as much fruit as you want every day for antioxidants to avoid cancers from smoking, it will refresh you.

Finally, full-fat Coca-Cola is probably better than an alternative version, because it contains more phosphoric acid, which quenches the thirst, and therefore it contains less flavourings and preservatives, but should be drunk in regulation. No more than one a day, I would say.

Now you are ready to feel your way through the World, with Christ accessible, and on your side, just remember to put that smoke down!
