We believe in an emotion and get a feeling to do something bad or react, from a false entity telling us a lie, and want to go and ruin our health or someone else’s. We might want to fight ourselves or another, but everyone is innocent; however, we live with occasional pathologies, when someone is leaning on us too much, to stop us getting on with our, lives.

STOP!

It is a momentary mistake, contemplate the consequences, and do not do it. When we realise this, we can start to build our own life in good karma, without constantly blaming, but knowing who to avoid.

Karma reaches our hearts and stops romance in its tracks. It makes us callous and vengeful, two emotions we do not need in our virtuous lives. The heart needs to be good and wholesome, true to itself. It is tiring to go around the houses and feel better about yourself. You should be concentrating on your best virtues, all the time.

Patience,

Prayer,

Diet,

Exercise,

& Social life.

These are the staple diet to a better life, using supplementary medicine to cure your ills, and thinking outside the box to cure your inner-nervous system, that’s what we all hide behind.

You can work on this with a friend or family member.

Karma is a great way to build a rapport with someone who is a close friend.

Someone who stops you prevailing in a democracy is bad karma, so please behave yourselves, and stay in control. The chaos seems to have flooded England, and constantly I am stopped from working, that is my bad karma, until the criminal is caught for conspiracy, fraudulent representation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, then I will have my life back, from my real frenemy.

An apology is all it takes, then a decision of conviction by the Police? Otherwise you are not living an honest life, and honesty is good karma, to resolve issues not directly under law. Whatever you have done, you cannot force it upon someone else, and then we unravel the plot!

It is just another crime drama.

Please do not end up in jail, that would never heal!
