Getting up, can be easy on a good night’s sleep.

But the bed feels so good, and it is only 20 minutes to have a shower. So, for freedom, we must regulate. It tends to be the considered man who needs more appreciation and love. Is that all of us?

Most likely, we are all considered people. We need more time, more care, more self-care, more encouragement from peers and more creative flow; to pass our own life exam, and that is a tough bill. We can seek perfectionism from unconscious to conscious, as not worthy of our time and attention.

So, how do we get over that lack of link from day-to-day. While the mind meanders and coasts, take an early morning stroll after breakfast, then a shower, and train yourself to only have one coffee, titrate down on caffeine throughout the day. And consolidate your day during that early walk. Do not be tested by the devil and take it easy, and salvage, and surmise a couple of themes that were positive; and if there was anything negative in the day, put that to the back of your mind for long-term goals.

Be sustainable, earn money and do not take on too much to start with, especially if you have been out of work, or a type of work for a while.

It tends to be man against a presumed over-powering boss in a commercial World, so do not forget they have to keep the business always driving forward, keep up once prepared and ready. Talk to your boss, about the pace you can work at, and how committed you are to overtime.

If you work slower and are willing to put more hours in, then negotiate pay, and make a sacrifice so as not to get fired. But see it as a healthy sacrifice, you will have to be responsible for locking up the office, so make sure you are responsible and reliable, and can gain this right, by pleasantly explaining your stance.

We are the type of person, the considered man, who needs extra stimulation, more inspiration than most, more discipline, more dedication, more jurisdiction, more justification, more secrecy, and more privacy. Money makes privacy, and privacy makes money. Our secret tends to be knowing right first time, so use this in your own advocacy to persuade your boss of your own insight, to play the game, and not be led on everything.

One must enjoy the journey, by enjoying the ride, if you are interviewing, don’t expect, but impress, and then you can choose your best choice.

The mind control of solitude and contemplation allow no transaction, but transitory thoughts and emotions; so, maybe it is headphones off and remember you work in silence in a team apart from constructive questions and criticism.

Empty your mind and go and make something beautiful for someone else. As a reflection of you, and your senses. And remember to be fairly literal. It is not just doing something, it is building in reality something, so put your feet in the shoes, of who you serve, and add a little of you, by compassion.
