When we think, we think of ourselves in context next to friends and enemies. War can drive us mad and sets no example to the innocence of the young, who want to be a part of everything. We glide over issues, coinciding with daily life and pleasant times forgetting what we just left behind and what awaits us.

Dreams come into fruition in such altruistic ways, then reality bites, when attention must be shared, making the alter-ego use innocent bystanders and favourite best service. So, we all serve. To get on a train and to go from A to B, not much changes, but anticipation, patience waiting, when it will be better to dance and sing with the person opposite you, therefore, talk, otherwise we are living conspicuous lives in fear.

There is no realm to be open in talking to someone, but a fleeting memory. And that is where we are, like our thoughts, a series of fleeting memories. So, get up and talk.

Our thoughts are closer to God in the countryside. In nature we can be nymphs searching for gold, golden sex and up righteous provocation. The nature warns us to be wary of danger, but its beauty subsides, and we take the well beaten path, over land and sea. We fight for survival when lost at sea and in the field, so, we are always aware of direction and orientation to get home safely. While the extreme take up camping in desperate climates.

There is a type of hypnosis to this last paradigm, a meditation, like all of life with our inner-contained contentment, to adventure out. We are also hypnotised by a prerogative to dwell on our wrongdoing when imprisoned, through the depressing symbology of heightened security, in comparison to the openness of nature, and so, the nature of the mind is what we have to change from a history of experiences and pervasions.

Meditation in its traditional form is a positive un-fuelling of the mind with too many abstract, negative thoughts, and settling the breathing and thought processes. It is ancient and a Godly sign of hope and faith. It is a failsafe way to avoid danger in one’s lifetime and a good practice for a child not to get over-excited, and an adult to deal with stress.

If music is any form of meditation, we can see it as a type of mood changer, and it will remind us of similarly happy and sad days. We must not be frightened of those sad days.

Addiction and habit feed us and our inner replenishment, so we always must be off-balance with another healing system, to meditate on someone speaking, who knows helps, but also to make a change in repetitive modes of thinking. Being practical and inventive is the truth, like a fact, yes or no. Can you afford the long-term damage and that is your reason to stop, as a gestalt part of making your dreams come true.

To reveal yourself, you acknowledge how you feel. Learning to let go, with the symbology of the environment you need to be in your reality, then you can be in the present to be in public space and at home. A home habit seemingly makes you feel a part of what is outside your walls, when in fact it isolates you to seem bad and indignant to your neighbours.

Like the Amphitheatres of Greece, where Plato and Socrates were played out, what we think as an emblem of expression is a matter of interpretation, to be meaning to the individual, to communicate well, we need to compose ourselves.
