Try to understand your life, because it is wrapped up inside you. Try to depict and describe a good moment of the day, and translate that into tomorrow, your future.
There are two things to know:
1. God loves you
2. You love you
The more people that enjoy themselves together, the better. A friend of mine today was talking about Scandinavian communal living, for the young, families & elderly. And to enjoy community spirit in shared space and dwellings. This is the ultimate in living for better conversation, out of which comes the self-and-neighbourly affirmations that encourage us to grow together.
Today reminded me of many midnight swims in the ocean and drinking a beer afterward, at New Year, on the beach. And I have had a blessed life. Today I went swimming at the local tennis club, and on the way came up with the affirmation/ ‘Try understanding your life’. From ‘Try explaining your life’, two similar but different things. To ‘explain’ is to hear the inner turmoil of the present obstacles, to ‘understand’, puts everything in its right place. It is simple, it adheres to boundaries, you become coherent and sane again; and know exactly how gently to take things. It reduces habit and realigns the soul. All those recent lessons come to fruition.
We are all internal people, and we need reminding, just how well we have done!
I am happy in myself for once in a long time, and the culmination of all I have achieved, makes me feel prepared for the next level, returning to work after a long break.
I am very passionate about what I do with my life, and anxiety and procrastination were getting in the way, it is like I am re-programmed. I was producing adrenochrome from stress, the product of panicking that nothing will change, and nothing will get done, like we can all single handedly save the World: when we cannot. Now is my chance to excel.
