Happiness begins with a smile of wisdom and enters in a flutter of flirtatious kisses. To bring man and woman together in natural harmony.

Happiness is so important for our health and well-being. We all want a favourite slice of our cake in moderation, most are overrated, but still enter our perception of paid choices. So, go home and make your own, there is nothing more fun than baking at home.

And Happiness is everything to do with making. Making our lives better and our dreams come true. From the smell of home baked bread, to making wooden toys for the children, similarly the smell of freshly hewn wood. So, we can say, smiling, falling in love and smells, sights and sounds, touch and taste, all five senses calm the sixth sense, that can be so heightened in these trying times.

And Happiness is a hand-built house, to shelter in, and home in on family living, just the way you wanted it, made with your Architect, the pièce de resistance, the Maker. Like the Architect that designed this culture, and God, the Creator of the Universe. For whom all praise be, and so, we thank him for its magic and glory in the fair Islands of Great Britain here.

And Happiness is in the Forest, to the Beach, with the sound of morning bird song, fluttering by of butterflies, and crocuses on the ground, the rustle of leaves, and seeds, gathering food, and foraging, and of course eating al fresco. To collecting sea urchins, pebbles and shells, to hear the waves of the ocean inside their phi de concentrique known as Cundy-Parry transformation, making concentric circles to the power of phi, a never-ending tidal sound. The echoes of bird song and a filmic sky; with Ice-Cream everywhere!

And the music in our eardrums, sets us adrift on memory bliss. But re-phrased in a future-present destination, it is music that gives us good vibes to build on until the glory of a perfect album is found. I am listening to (Desmond, Paul, Bossa Antigua, ℗ BMG Entertainment 1997.), my favourite album in the World of everything musical.

And Happiness is trust, the natural way, to point out the law, which governs anything like madness as uncivil. You cannot harm yourself or another under the MH-Act. And there are many civil wrongs governed to stop intentional emotional distress, and coercion, conspiracy and terrorism, so, all in all, the World is a very safe place, may it remain so.

A famous book, (Foucault, Michel, Madness and Civilization, © Foucault. M. ℗ Librairie Plon, 1961.), explains that from the original title, ‘Madness & Reason’, war is the beginning and end of all madness, through trade, and democratic bargaining. Madness, in the old workhouses, with predominantly women, being chained to posts, during the Middle Ages, during the beginning of the book, says, how institutions of madness, like concentration camps, will just cause HIV+ disease in people. There is no concession for freedom from centralised government, the reason for recent devolution, why it is best to respect your local authority.
