350_Know

It is best not to know your enemies. When life is hard, we can hardly, nor tangibly get in touch with ourselves, and our hearts. We try to defend our friends and when no-one has the energy, to care, maybe our worry was what caused the fuss. So, live and let be, but specials get the love and attention. We must, however, remember most people are the same, so, spread the love to the entirety of our population, in our mind as a concept of love.

Love will only help someone locked up, through library books, and kindness; empathy. Even if there were justice to the crime, it is for the safety of themselves and others. Incarceration is not forever, so, one day you will be trusted by the authorities. But there is a fine line between authoritarianism and punishment, and condescension and empathy, when we all want to be normalised. So, let love in and show back the love.

To show, is to flow, to control, without thought, anxiety is thought, without control (Joseph Ngyuen). To control our thoughts is diplomacy. So, we must know our facts, and figures in line with economics, trade, and desirability. There is a shape that explains this, the circle, the circle of a career to allow consumption. Was it best not to know the experience of that consumption, NO! But to buy frugally of better quality to condition the body through the mind.

We make it, when we are dedicated, educated, and ready. Some take forever to make it, some are fast, but to have a go each day, lengthens your life, when you are in control of time, as a variable. To take a break from the screen, to snooze, to read a book, in essence to be multi-disciplinary, for a wholistic look at life, minus the medicine or vice. Not to know, is to feel empowered, by constant flows of inspiration, and to always love.
