The word ‘muse’ is the stem of the word amusement, which makes sense.

To form a companion with someone, & for one to perform, & the other to find amusement – in contemplation & meditation. So, began congregations to enjoy Greek Theatre, in the Amphitheatres, and Shakespearian lessons in his wise playwrighting later in England. The theatre was and still is all the rage, like the famous Drury Lane in London.

My life is a comedy-drama, but there maybe either of these themes – plus tragedy, in theatre, and our own amusements unfortunately, and tragically, something I have also experienced in the past.

Everything can be a muse, from a cup and plate on a table, to a person in the street; to our amusements. Life is for fun and enjoyment, so let it be like that, especially for the children, full of surprises!

A sign of love.

We learn how to balance, and escape into a dream world of compulsive, cathartic, relaxation. This is exactly how my mind works. Gone shall be the days of contrite, restriction to art _La Belle Noiseuse – Film 1991. We love in England, a reserved, minimalism. We can still do this by outline, without the whole, of a body, or body of things, on the table. Becoming a partnership of mutual muse; of artistry, as both a partnership of the artwork, and muse themselves.

Artistry is a muse, by freedom.
