Jealousy and the critical refer to the abstract, because of inner melancholy, you think you can meditate on regulating owning or making something you have not in reality.

Regulating sex, and masturbation is important because the latter is to enjoy yourself for something that is not there, it does not exist, but a narcissistic self-satisfaction. You will have to fancy them, and forgive them for their past, for the present in a relationship is a whole new re-birth.
